Chateau Return Policy:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, just return it within 30 days for full store credit refund. NO cash refund or 15 days for a full exchange. Returns must be in original condition with your Chateau receipt with all the original packaging and accessories.
There is a 15 days return period and a 15% restocking fee on every instruments purchased.
We do not accept returns on special order(s).
We reserve the right to require ID and deny return privileges to abusers of our policy.

Warranty of Service:

Chateau is providing a limited 1 year service warranty .
Details covered under the warranty are: Leaks, pads replacements, broken springs, cork replacement, and minor dents.
Consumers are responsible for the repair shipping and handling fees.
